Cashout requests may be cancelled and returned to your Jambo Casino Balance following your Cashout request at any time as long as it’s still in a pending mode. Once your Cashout is in Process or has been approved it may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested Cash Out:
Click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby.
Click on "Cash Out".
Click on "Pending Cashout".
You will see a list of your Cash Out requests with their status indication in the "Awaiting Process" box.
Select any undelivered Cash Out request by clicking on it.
Click on "Transfer Money Back to My Account".
Your Chosen Cash Out request will be cancelled and your Cash Out funds will be immediately returned to your Jambo Casino Balance.
Cash Out History
Your Cash Out history can be viewed within the 'My History' application, accessible from the lobby. Choose 'Cashier History' and then select a time period. Here you will find a complete list of all your Cash Out requests, both those that have been processed, as well as those that you have cancelled.
